Order a used or new Dutch bike from the Netherlands, for yourself, your office or as a gift. Be one of 800 people whose bike is part of a shipping container full of them coming to Winnipeg. There is something simple and beautiful about a Dutch bicycle. It is embodied with a sense of civilization and freedom. It goes hand in hand with a bike friendly city. In other words, the purpose of the project

is to foster a shared understanding of what everyday cycling means, what it looks like and to help simplify the discussion around what “bicycle culture” really is. Cycling is for everyone. Rode XC ski wax and trail tools are now available in the shop!

Brushes, scrapers, kits, corks, klister and wax for +1°C to -30°C!

We also do glide waxing in house, have the skate sharpener ready to go, and winter gear rentals will be here before you know it! ❄️❄️❄️

The grass is still green-ish, but it looks like we're hitting the last of the unseasonably warm temperatures as of today, so here's your reminder - we have what you need to get your Plain Bicycle ready for winter riding!

The coolest thing about winter cycling? (Besides the subzero temperatures?) IT'S NOT ACTUALLY THAT BAD. Don't psych yourself out, psych yourself up, because most of the time it's downright delightful! We're 365-day-a-year riders here and we'd love it if you'd slap on a set of studded tires and join us in the winter wonderland!
