Happy New Year from the ULLA team in NORWAY! Testing has been going very well here. We invite you to check out our Facebook posts on ULLA RACE SERVICE for the past few months. We are always improving our wax and constantly educating our skiers so everyone can have a FAST and excellent experience with ULLA!

Year end ULLA report and update:

The R&D Team is still skiing (in extreme warm and dirty conditions) to produce the best possible glide for next season.
We still have a lot of snow & the trails are groomed very well. 😃

Facts from the 2022-23 season:

1) our cold application waxes for “very cold” & “cold” were a great success! Many races were won with our Green, Blue, and Blue Black (solids and liquids). 🥇

2) feedback we received was that our application methods are simple/ very simple. 👍🏻

3) our durability has vastly improved with our two-layer system on hard packed and aggressive snow types. (Usually liquid as a base and solid as a topping.) 💪

3) teams that decided to solely use ULLA for the past two seasons (in North America) have proven results that we are even with every fluoro solution. ⭐️

4) our new liquid line was very well received with excellent feedback. Thank you! 🙏

5) every single ULLA wax, solid or liquid, was used in racing this winter. 👏

6) our system is more economical to use. The application price per layer will remain $1 US or €.

Looking ahead:

1) ULLA will have a full line of non fluoro racing products as early as June. 🗓️

2) our new liquid line will have 4 plain colours & 4 black versions. They can be applied on top of each other.

3) the new RACING PRO LINE will be announced very soon.

4) training, regarding the best possible application, will be available as of June (due to the non fluoro ban being in effect from now on). Reach out to us if interested.

Tips for matching ULL*A glide waxes with classic kick waxes:

-10 new fine snow: ULL*A Blue solid paired with Rode B310 kick wax.
-15 old fine snow hard packed: ULL*A liquid blue/grey pairs with a Rex base wax, covered with Rex green kick wax.

-7/-5 new snow: ULL*A Violet solid paired with Rode B17 kick wax
- 8/-5 old fine snow mixed with artificial snow: ULL*A Violet liquid grey, paired with Vauthi super base & Rex 1814 (-2/-15) kick wax

-6/+2 old snow transformed: ULL*A Red black liquid, paired
with klister base binder Rex, and Swix KN 44 as top coat.
+2/-2 new, wet snow: ULL*A race line Yellow liquid, paired with Zero skis or Swix VP65
