Dear community members,
I would like to share an update regarding the incident that happened a few days ago at our store.
First of all, I would like to apologize for posting the video publicly without blurring the person’s face. My intention was only to raise awareness and keep the community informed, but I understand that it may have affected the individual’s personal and family life.
After receiving feedback and suggestions from community members, we decided to remove the video immediately.
The good news is that the individual returned to the store the next day, apologized sincerely, and paid for the items. We appreciate her taking responsibility for her actions, and we consider the matter resolved.
Thank you to everyone for your understanding, support, and advice during this situation. Let us continue to support one another with kindness, awareness, and compassion.

Dear Charleswood Community and Small Business Owners,
We would like to raise awareness regarding an incident that occurred at our store yesterday. Through our store supervision and security review, we noticed a customer taking food items without payment.
From what we observed, it appeared that food was the reason behind the incident rather than any intention to steal other merchandise. Situations like this remind us that some individuals in our community may be struggling silently.
We encourage everyone to stay aware and protect their businesses, while also showing kindness and support to those who may be in need. A small act of help can sometimes make a big difference in someone’s life.
Please stay alert, support one another, and continue building a caring and safe Charleswood community.
