A year ago today, I finally took my first step creating my clothing brand!
So, what happened in the past year?
I know I’ve “disappeared” and have been vague about what’s to come in the future… i guess after my first debut, I (truly) had paralyzing thoughts of self-doubt & imposter syndrome. To compensate I would occupy / distract myself from moving forward.
Since then, I’ve quietly experimented, reached out for guidance, and have evolved who and what I want this brand to be.
So, what’s next?
- Hopefully a Fall/Winter collection focusing around the theme of “evolving”
- Creating consistency to launch 2 collections yearly
- Transparency of the growth of myself and my brand
- and finally, creating pieces that are 100% sustainable, environmentally-focused and locally made.
Lastly, I say goodbye to my 20s and nervously walk into my 30s (optimistically) striving for happiness & success! I truly appreciate and thank everyone who worked with me last year, those who have supported me & stuck with me thus far, and I hope you continue to stay to see how far I go ✨
