ABODE started from a curiosity that turned into a giant experiment that got out of hand (in a good way), which turned into a business. A year ago, we got a tiny copper still from Ukraine and we were extracting oil from everything we can get our hands on (orange and lemon peels we saved from the fruits we ate, needles from the Christmas tree, cloves from the pantry...). Now, we have lavender and va
riety of herbs and flowers over-wintering at the farm in Boissevain, a processing room and two copper large copper stills from Portugal. We are excited to share our products with you, and hopefully you can join us in this curiosity turned small-farm business of ours, called ABODE.
