Yes, the Life without a Tail candles ARE made locally. And now they say so. :)

We're always happy to hear your suggestions, whether it's new products, scents, or ways we can improve!
One thing we hear often at Our Mother's Keepers is, "Are your candles made locally?" Based on that feedback, we've started adding "Made in Nova Scotia" to our candle labels.

The change will happen gradually as we use up our current labels—we don't want to create unnecessary waste. Our body oil and clearing spray labels are a little too small for the addition, but we think it looks just right on the candles!

Thanks for helping us grow and improve, one suggestion at a time.

Five years ago today, Hazel arrived at the store to be fostered. And the rest is history! In typical Hazel fashion, she refused to look at the camera when I tried to get her to pose under her banner!

This Saturday and Sunday will be the last weekend for Avon River Antiques, just around the corner from our shop, in the Avonian Building. We miss David, and we'll miss his shop! All the best to Benny (his store cat) and David's family!
