Exciting News!

Cartoon Kingdom Announces Major Theme Park Development in Windsor-Essex County

Windsor-Essex County, ON — Cartoon Kingdom is proud to announce plans for its most ambitious project yet: Cartoon Kingdom Theme Park, a new large-scale destination currently in development just outside the city with convenient access to major roadways.

Backed by a substantial multi-million dollar investment, this project aims to bring together everything fans love about pop culture, collectibles, gaming, and hobby experiences—on a scale never before seen in the region.

At the heart of the park will stand the Cartoon Kingdom Castle, surrounded by immersive lands and attractions including a Pokémon Battle Arena, Warhammer Quest experience, Horror Alley, Retro Arcade Zone, and a Collectible Museum.

The park will also feature Cedar Creek Raceway, a dedicated zone inspired by Cedar Creek Hobbies, complete with a full RC racing complex and high-speed go-kart track.

This is only a small preview of what’s planned.

Starting today, guests can visit Cartoon Kingdom to view full park renderings, detailed layouts, and additional concept plans not being shared publicly at this time.

“This is something we’ve been quietly working toward for a long time,” said a Cartoon Kingdom spokesperson. “We’re excited to finally begin sharing what’s coming next.”
