Well I can’t believe it. What a nice way to start the new year off. I got the Photo of the day on the World of Woodturners site for an Australian burl I turned.

New purchase this week. Won’t see it til January. Coming in from Australia. A Red Mallee , 176 pound Australian burl to make into tables. It’s 10 inch thick so can get a few slabs out of it.

Going to do a few tables like the second picture out of it.
