Hi everyone! We know it has been a hot minute since we have posted anything! There has been a lot going on behind the scenes! We just wanted to hop on and let you know that Sugar and Flame has officially been sold. We could not be more excited for the new owner, she is such a great fit and will do an amazing job!
We just want to say thank you so much for all the support you have shown our family while we were making the marshmallows. It means so much that we got all the support we did along our journey. While we are a bit sad to let it go, we know it is now in good hands.

We have made the hard decision to sell Sugar + Flame. We sadly are not able to continue producing our delicious marshmallows and would love to allow someone to continue with the journey we have started. Please feel free to shoot us a message to ask any questions if you are interested!

Hey there!!! I bet you have been wondering where we have been?!?
Here’s the scoop: We started sugar during COVID to help with our business being forced to shut down (a few times). Since then we have closed that business and have both had changes to our work schedules resulting in not a lot of time to make our delicious marshmallows.
What does this mean????
Well we are currently trying to work out a way to still get you our delicious mallows for campfire season. We have a few ideas in the works! Please feel free to reach out if you have any ideas to help us out!

Well it’s been a hot minute since we have been able to do a website restock. We have been busy with our wholesale and custom orders! And let’s be honest life!!!
Next week I have set aside time for a full website restock Including a few new Christmas flavours 🎄🎄🎅

Halloween is fast approaching!! Grab a Marshmallow Boo for your little ghosts this Halloween 🎃 👻

We have a limited supply of our Vanilla Marshmallow Boos available this week. They are about the size of 2-3 or our regular marshmallows. Due to the limited number we are only offering porch pickup in Wellesley on Thursday and Friday this week!!

Shoot us a pm to order yours before they are gone!! $3/ per ghost.
