Located in the French Acadian village of Wedgeport and Historic Tuna Capital of the World, Wedgeport Antiques is housed in a refurbished general store built in 1898 with a rich history all of its own. If you are looking for something practical or ornamental, chances are we have it! We prize ourselves for having a little bit of everything…such as antique & vintage furniture, artwork/prints & frames

, fixtures & lamps, glassware & china, jewelry & vintage clothing, kitchenware galore, tools & toys and quilts too! We enjoy talking about local history and tuna fishing and do our best to keep a few tuna related items on hand. There are always new items and we try to have something for everyone at the shop. If you are looking for something in particular, please ask us as we may have it tucked away or can keep our eyes out for that special item. Looking forward to seeing you soon! Stickers work tonight...tuna week ( Wedgeport Tuna Museum , Wedgeport Tuna Tournament & Festival ) is just around the corner. Kicking off Saturday August 15th with the Annual Wedgeport Yardsale. We have multiple families as well as our selves just in our lot 9AM!

Short day with a little back story.
One of the biggest influences in my life growing up was my Grand father (Papa), I spent countless hours in his shed learning to wittle, and spin yarns with the never-ending string of people that came to visit him. Papa was a man who could fix and do anything, a true Corporon patriarch. His shed was small but always filled with the coolest stuff that he had acquired over the years (almost certainly where I got the bug!). When we wern't tinkering we were fishing. Today the is the Anual Arthur J Corporon memorial bass tournament at lake Milo. We are closing up early today to bring my son (who was named after Arthur) to see his Papa and great uncles weigh in their catches.
