I thought since we have some new followers id introduce myself

Hi im Cat the owner and the face behind . What started as a dream in 2017 finally took shape in 2019. We have been at 25 main st south for 7 years and the store has transformed from being a store full of everything made in Canada 🇨🇦 to a store that is still focused on made in Canada but brings you sassy items to laugh at, western charm to indulge in and whimsical fun to make you feel like a kid at heart ❤️

We love the community we have built here in the heart of waterdown and our makers, customers and others shop owners have turned into life long friends 🧡

I love my country roots, animals especially dogs and highland coos
I love exploring new towns, villages and communities
I love the connections ive been able to build

Several of you have dropped off coos to me and when I ask why did you bring me something the response is similar

We thought of it and thought of you. You deserve it becaaue you do so much for the community that goes unnoticed and we think you are the best

Well I appreciate those words and sometimes dont believe it but remember that I built this little dream to be a part of a bigger community, an active member of society and someone who takes care of those who might need a little something extra ❤️

We would love to meet more of our neighbours, community members, and those who explore our little town

Can’t stop thinking about this one, y’all 🧡

A few weeks ago — actually, it started back at Christmas — a mama walked in because her daughter is obsessed with Highland coos. She fell in love with the shop, the vibe, the sass… and ended up snagging gifts for half her list.

February rolls around and she’s back, raving that _everyone_ loved what she picked from us.

Then at the beginning of May? She shows up with her daughter AND her mom ❤️ The three of them laughed, shopped, and found pieces that made ’em smile. Each left with something handmade and happy.

These are OUR people.

The ones who come back again and again.
The ones who put us on their “must-stop” list.
The ones who bring friends + family just to share the vibe.
