Update: We have received a friendly reply from the property realtor & Vancity's business specialist. Both are happy with our plans and we have had no more roadblocks from city hall.
The micro-loan checklist is check check checking itself off.

The city zoning officials gave us some trouble at first but they see the uniqueness and demand for our service. The bank also likes what's happening so far. This is becoming pretty real, I am excited!!!
