In 1982 Islands West started out by offering pre-cut french fries in Victoria under the name "The Fry Guys". Back then we had only 3 employees and 1 item to sell. We now have over 100 employees and sell an extensive variety of fresh fruits, vegetables, spices, frozen and processed items. We are proud to support many local farms and businesses on the island and throughout British Columbia
