Herbal cig arettes 🫁🌿

For those weaning off To bacco or Canna bis, here are some plants and remedies I have found to be supportive:

1) cutting your usual herb with another single herb (mullein, marshmallow, or raspberry leaf) when handrolling, blending your own mix of herbs, having a pre-made herbal mix on hand, or having a pack of other herbal pre-rolls on hand for when you're not in a place to handroll

2) internal lung support via dried Mullein leaf tea or fresh Mullein leaf tincture

3) nervous system + cardiovascular support via dried Oat seed decoctions / Oatstraw infusions or fresh Milky Oat tincture/glycerite

Hi community 💚

Starting next week, June 1st, we'll be changing up our hours over here! After this week we will be open Wednesday to Saturday, 11 to 6pm.

I'll be repurposing this time toward building upon our website, offering more educational opportunities, and making more pre-made remedies 🌿
