Menstrual products pose all sorts of environmental challenges with single use items that can’t be recycled or composted for sanitary reasons and that’s a big issue considering they are the fifth biggest plastic polluter in the ocean!!!

Reusable menstrual products are not only environmentally friendly options but also easy to use and economical options saving a lot of money!! They are a great investment.
Many options are available from Cups (Aisle), Discs (Nixit), period underwear, (Revol Cares) reusable menstrual pads that range from minis to overnight maxis.

Some period products contain PFAs (the forever chemicals that cause cancer) but we are super proud that Revol Cares and Aisle brand is PFA free!

Think of how that adds up over a lifetime.

Consider using instead:
-reusable bags
-reusable containers
-sewing your own snack packs
-beeswax wraps
-reusing other bags, such as bread bags, resealable bags, etc.
