That feeling inspired our Cereal Bowl Crunch Fancy Bar.

We paired creamy Belgian milk chocolate with crunchy fruit cereal, freeze-dried strawberries, and delicate white chocolate shavings to capture a little bit of childhood in every bite.

Because sometimes the best memories aren’t complicated—they’re the ones that make you smile before you’ve even finished the first piece.

🚧 Not every construction project starts with concrete...

Some start with chocolate. 🍫👷

When we were asked to create custom chocolate construction hats for the launch of Pearson Lift at Toronto Pearson Airport, we knew this wasn’t going to be an ordinary project.

Every helmet was handcrafted in our chocolate studio—from moulding and finishing to the final details—transforming a construction icon into an edible celebration.

It’s projects like these that remind us why we love what we do. We don’t just make chocolates—we help companies celebrate milestones, launches, grand openings, and the people who make them happen.

Because every great project deserves a memorable finish.

The last day of school is so much more than the start of summer.

It’s the closing of another chapter filled with lessons learned, friendships made, confidence built, and countless moments that helped shape who our children are becoming.

Behind every successful school year are teachers and school staff who show up day after day with patience, compassion, encouragement, and an unwavering belief in their students. The impact they make often extends far beyond the classroom.

To every teacher, educational assistant, administrator, custodian, office staff member, crossing guard, and volunteer—thank you. Thank you for your dedication, your kindness, and for investing in the next generation.

The greatest lessons aren’t always found in textbooks. They’re found in the people who inspire children to be curious, resilient, confident, and kind.

Our hand-painted Soccer Ball Truffles are officially in production as we gear up for the excitement of the FIFA World Cup. Each piece is carefully painted by hand before being filled with our signature ooey gooey caramel centres, making every bonbon a small work of edible art.

As Canada prepares to take the world stage, we’re proud to celebrate the passion, pride, and energy that soccer brings to fans across the country.

A few months ago, we had the privilege of visiting Crossland Public School to share our entrepreneurial journey and give students a behind-the-scenes look at what it’s like to build a business from the ground up.

This week, Chef Sandra and Chef Michelle sat down to read the thank-you cards the students created for us—and to say we were touched would be an understatement. ❤️

We spend so much time focused on production schedules, orders, and deadlines that we don’t always get to see the impact we’re making. Reading these heartfelt notes reminded us why we do what we do.

Knowing that our story resonated with these students, sparked their curiosity, and maybe even inspired a future entrepreneur is incredibly meaningful. The kindness, creativity, and thoughtfulness in every card left a lasting impression on us.

Thank you to Mrs. Glasser, Mrs. Lelen and the students at Crossland Public School for welcoming us into your classroom. These cards will have a permanent place in our chocolate lab —and in our hearts.
