Dear Valued Customers,

We at Dynamic Flooring Concepts are committed to protecting the safety and well-being of both our clients and staff.

Effective immediately, we will be taking the following measures until further notice:
• Our showroom will be closed to the public
• We will still be accepting orders Monday to Friday between 9:00am – 3:00pm via phone and email. You may call us at 905-760-0032 or email us at [email protected]
• We will not be accepting product returns until further notice
• We will be limiting our warehouse hours. Pick-ups will only be available on Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:00am to 3:00pm
• For those picking up orders we ask that you remain in your vehicle and call 905-760-0032 when you arrive. Our staff will guide you through the pick up / loading process.
• Wait times may be longer than expected, we appreciate your patience with our team as they continue to work very hard to support everyone’s needs

As the situation continues to evolve, we are monitoring and ensuring our own best practices align with the guidance provided by public health and government organizations.

The COVID-19 situation continues to evolve rapidly, and we can not deny its seriousness.

At Dynamic Flooring Concepts, we want you to know that we are doing our best to take appropriate action to prioritize the well being of our customers and staff.

As precautionary steps we have increased our cleaning and sanitizing procedures, proper handwashing instructions have been posted, and we have implemented a self isolation policy as recommended by local government for our staff.

Currently there are no plans to change our day to day operations, but we will monitor information and recommendations from the World Health Organization, Canadian Government, and York Region.

We want to be as transparent and responsible as possible, while supporting our local health professionals and government leaders as they work tirelessly to contain this virus.

We value our customers deeply and will keep you informed of any changes to our daily operations.

What is GenieMat RST? A flat, resilient, reduced sound transmission mat made from 94% recycled rubber content. Used directly under hard surface floor finishes and over concrete and wood subfloor construction.

Used when superior sound control is required in multi-family housing, high rise condos, or commercial buildings. It also protects ceramic tile, porcelain tile, and stone from substrate cracks.

Available in various thicknesses ranging from 2mm to 12mm.
