We provide marketing, street enhancement and safety programs for West B

roadway and are committed to developing initiatives that enhance and benefit the community - from promoting small businesses and community events, to street scape projects, community partnerships and more!

Behind every great butcher shop is a story that started long before the first cut.

Ahmad’s parents left Kuwait and rebuilt their lives from scratch. His dad, once a bank manager. His mom, a radiologist. Seven kids to feed and a new country that didn’t quite translate. So his dad fell back on what he knew — the butcher trade he’d learned growing up alongside his own father.

Five years ago, they opened their first shop in East Vancouver. Two years later, it burnt to the ground.
But as Ahmad puts it, it was a blessing in disguise.

Now is right here on West Broadway in Kits — and Ahmad is doing exactly as his father does. He shows up for his family, and for the community that keeps them going.
