It has been a busy day here today at Bliss Preserves. We have made Peach Jam, Mint Jelly and our wonderful Peach Fondue Preserve.

It has been a busy weekend here in the kitchen. We have completed bottling of our Pickled Onions and the Hot Dog Relish is cooked and bottled as well.

Come out and join me at the Burnaby Christmas Craft Fair at the Burnaby Hall. I have my usual assortment of preserves as well ad ceramic angels & vases and quilted Christmas balls this year.

Making up jam with some beautiful Freestone Peaches from the B.C. Okanagan Region.

Just finished making up some Crab Apple Jelly. We were able to get the crab apples from a friend’s backyard so are completely organic.
