I did Guru Rattana's workshop on the Crown Chakra today. What a revelation! I love her! 😍 The takeaways:
1. Surrender is the key that opens our soul, opening to the Divine.
2. We can align with what is at a whole new level.
3. The 6th and 7th chakras vibrate at a higher frequency and the sensations of the body and mind are the higher frequencies transmuting the lower ones. So basically, our soul is in our body, feeling everything and we just need to be aware of it, so we can transmute those feelings, emotions, thoughts...
4. We can relax into those sensations by doing some energy shifting work...Kundalini Yoga...
5. By turning yourself over to your higher frequencies, we surrender into a full body experience.
6. We are guided in the silence.
Guru Rattana is doing another online zoom workshop on Navigating 2025 with Heart, on Feb. 17th from 10-1. It's only about $30 CAD.
Also, you can access all her videos for a very low price of $10/month. I just bought access for 3 months for $30.

I finished Yin Yoga certification! I’m so thrilled! It was a fantastic course with Bernie Clarke, and Diana Batts. What did I learn? Yin Yoga targets the deep fascial layers and joints keeping them strong as we age. It’s so important to stress these tissues to prevent atrophy and stiffness. Yoga is for every body. It’s not about looking like a perfect yogi, it’s about stressing the tissues of our bodies in a brilliant way so that we can age with grace. Every body is different. And that’s just perfect. We weren’t all made to be contortionists. And that is not at all what yoga is for anyway.
