Throughout my life I’ve always struggled with self discipline and consistency. About a year ago, I realized that without mastering those, I would never succeed at anything. I decided to make a change and find the right resource. That’s when I came across “Atomic Habits” and decided to start developing healthy habits that would help me achieve my life goals.
