Recipe from page:

"Recipe
To make Madeleines;
Dry ingredients
1 1/4 cup AP flour
3/4 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
3 tsp charcoal powder
Pinch of salt
Zest of 2 lemon
โ€ข
Wet ingredients
1 1/4 cup plant milk
1/3 cup canola oil
1/2 tbsp white vinegar
1/4 almond extract
โ€ข
To make black chocolate coating;
1 cup dairy free chocolate chips
1 tbsp charcoal powder
Pinch of pink salt
Pinch of instant coffee powder (optional)

Method
To make black velvet Madeleines;
Preheat oven to 170 degrees Celsius.
Mix all dry ingredients in large bowl; set aside.
Mix wet ingredients in a separate bowl. Then pour it in dry mixture. Mix until everything just comes together.
Place about a tablespoon of batter to Madeleines pan. Bake them for 12 minutes. Repeat until batter is used up.

To make coating;
Melt chocolate in a double boiler, over medium low heat. Once melted, stir in all other ingredients until everything is well incorporated.
Dollop mixture on Madeleines pan; gently place baked Madeleines on the mixture; give it a gently swirl to make sure it clears evenly. Place tray In freezer for couple of minutes to dry up. Repeat the same process.

Recipe from 's page:
"Serves for one Tart of 8 cm diametre / 4 cm of height
Ingredients :
- 50 ml whole milk
- 50 ml heavy cream
- 50 g milk chocolate
- 1 egg yolk (20 g)
- Grated Nutmeg
- Pinch of Salt

1. On medium heat bring to a boil the milk ,heavy cream and the grated nutmeg

2. Add the chocolate and stir until completely melted

3. Add the egg yolk , mix and cook to 80ยฐC or until slightly thickens and covers the spatula

4. Let it cool for 15 min before pouring in the Tart (baked and with chablon)

5. Let it set for at least 2 hours in the fridge

NOTE : I chose to make a 4 cm of height tart in order to carry as much filling ,I also toped it with some salted Caramel and roasted Buckwheat but you can go with anything you like!!!"
