" Found this underneath the stairs in my home
Great Memories in the Jacket. I was a student at U.S.S. from 1975-1980. My mother bought me this coat. I was so happy as it was the coolest thing at the time. I kept it with me when I went away to University of Guelph as it made me feel like I was at home. I have loved this coat. I was cleaning out under the stairs of my house in Newcastle, it was in a bin of old clothes. It has weathered the time, great craftsmanship. So I would say it is at least 45 year's old. "

Baldwin Sales wants to take this opportunity to pay tribute to long time friend of Baldwin Sales and customer for his many years of distinguished service. Louis Troiano Wise passed away on July 24, 2019, in the Veteran Unit at Sunnybrook Hospital at the age of 98. Lou was best known for flying for decades while snapping photos of wetlands, rivers and the Oak Ridges Moraine for local conservation authorities. Thanks Lou....you will be sorely missed.

Baldwin Sales was founded in 1959, and Alice "Shoemaker" Curtis was one of the founders. Today, Paul and Joe Curtis continue in the tradition of the family through their great service at Baldwin Sales. Alice came by her affinity for sportsmanship honestly....she was a great competitor in her own right - Thanks!
