Speaking as someone offering personal services, if you can't make your appointment, please call and cancel. Covid regulations require extra sanitization and disinfection of the treatment room and equipment before and after each client. Add snow removal and extra utility costs to each appointment makes a no-show an added expense that, speaking for myself, has not been reflected in any increase in the price of spa treatments. Not trying to ruffle any feathers, just asking for some courtesy. These are frustrating times for us all. Thanks, Elaine

Christmas at Mermaid Rock ... everything on sale ( excl. jellies, cards, and framed art ). Come by and do some Christmas shopping. Items on sale include jewellery, baby and cuddle quilts, runners, aprons, placemats, ornaments, wine bags, giftware, yoga bags, skincare products, and more! Something for everyone! For all spa clients, please note: as of Oct 22nd, as per govt regulations, you must be fully vaccinated or have an approved medical exemption in order to access any spa services. Masks are still required for both shop and spa. Thanks for your understanding!

Update on spa reopening ...... I'll be booking appointments for reopening Monday June 7th. As usual, spa services are available evenings 7-9 pm and masks are still required. Thank you all for your patience. Hopefully covid restrictions will continue to lift! Please stay safe!

May 24th.... Due to the current covid cluster outbreak, spa services are temporarily suspended. I apologize for any inconvenience and hope to reopen as soon as the situation stabilizes. Please stay safe and continue to practice protocol. Thanks!

As of March 1st, the shop and spa will reopen under Alert 4 restrictions. Customers and clients will be required to wear a mask and sanitize hands upon arrival. Facials and Hot Stone Massage remain off the spa service menu until covid restrictions are lifted. Thanks for your understanding. Stay safe!
