WIP WEDNESDAY!

Late post today but I wanted to get enough of my sock worked up to show you! 🧦

This is the brand NEW Ancient Arts Socknado in the Baaaaad Ass Sheep Frolicking in a Field colourway! I really love this yarn! It's so soft and squishy and I just love the little dapples of colour. And those sweet little purl bumps look like SHEEP! 🐑

The pattern is Rye by Tin Can Knits, and is FREE on Ravelry. It features a garter stitch panel down the front which adds texture and dimension to your sock, especially when using variegated or colour pooling yarn like this one! 😊🧶

Wow! So cool! 🐑🧶

Sharing a "Throwback Thursday " picture from days gone by. These gentlemen are filling the raw stock kettle with wool to be dyed a solid shade so it can be blended later with other solid shades to make some of our beautiful blended colours. Guess what?? We still follow this same process today!😊
