5’ x 3’ world map cut from 4 layers of painted 3mm Baltic Birch. It’s surprising how much effort goes into making something like this.
It took 3 hours to paint and cut, but another 5 hours to sort the more than 300 pcs and build it on the wall.

Working with Fibre laser tonight. Doing pens.

Small laser can do 3 pens in roughly 2 minutes and 20 seconds.

Fibre laser does a better job on 5 pens in 40 seconds.

Doing a couple hundred of these wooden challenge coins for our Church outreach tomorrow. All designing, laser cutting and printing done in house. Material : 1/8” Baltic Birch. Printed 2 sided on our UV printer. 1 side to commemorate our churches 50th this fall. The other side has info on our church’s event tomorrow at Keogh Park in Tottenham from 1pm to 5pm.

Take a look at the next crowd of wooden pet helper magnets, with examples of kitchen helper, garden helper, and drivers. The right side photos are the inspiration for the cartoon generations on the left side. This is so much fun bringing the adorable pets out and showing their characters shining though with the props which we can customize for our clients.

Wanted to shout out. We can make you T’s and mugs with sublimation, print on most hard surfaces with our UV printer, and still offer laser engraving on many items. Wait get my laser!!
