Spending this eve working some magic for our newly launching online shop. Setting the mood to ensure this night of work feels more like play, and nurturing a strong connection to the passion behind the project • When your work is the result of your deepest and most marvellous dreams and desires made into a functional, actionable, tangible career - it’s vital to keep up the romance, so that the more tedious tasks still fuel fire in the fathomless depths of you’re soul. Thankfully, we know how to fall more and more in love with this grind, this hustle, this blood, sweat and tears work, that forces us to awaken in the night, only to record a new idea or thought, and drives us mad with longing each time we are away from the lover that is our beautiful labor

A misty morning in our stillroom. The dew drops of earlier hours slowly gliding down the windows as we worked to prepare our Flower Waters Bathing Salts. This blend is always a delight to make, as natural pigments of wild roasted beet root, glacial clay, smoked charcoal and crushed indigo malva blossoms lend an almost luminescent, unicorn worthy palette of colours to our bowls. No matter how many salts we have to bottle, we always craft in the smallest batches. Even if it adds hours, or even days to our work. We consider it precious labour, creating healing herbals to soothe the skin, body and spirit. We proudly do things the old fashioned way, a slow and methodical process of gently mixing with ancient, hand carved wooden spoons, to ensure that the contents of each bottle are lovingly made to perfection, and infused with magic.
