NO REFUND, YOUR EASY RETURN IS A SCAM CRAP! I WAITED 10 DAYS FOR MY STROLLER AND YOU SENT IT TO A PICK UP POINT AND WHEN I CALLED THE NUMBER GIVENFOR REFUND I GOT NO HELP, I VE BEEN WAITING FOR 2 WEEKS NOW FOR MY MONEY, TODAY WE CALLED AGAIN UR PRIMITIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY PROMISED THE REFUND AGAIN BUT I WAS TOLD IT WILL TAKE ANOTHER 2 WEEKS,OK I AM WILLING TO WAIT ANOTHER 2 WEEKS FOR MY MONEY BUT THIS IS THE ULTIMATUM OR YOU WILL SUCK BIG TIME BECAUSE I WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTIONS! ...GOOD JOKE, WAITING 4 WEEKS FOR MY $200 REFUND! NO WONDER YOUR STORES ARE GOING BANKRUPT, U KNO WALMART AND OTHERS OFFER FREE SHIPPING AND ITEMS ARRIVE IN 3 DAYS, U CHARGE A LOT AND WE MUST WAIT 10 DAYS! I REALLY FELL OUT WITH U FOR GOOD.
