I commissioned my 5yo to build “ #1 Dad” out of his favourite blocks, and then to diagram the pieces. I think he did a stellar job 💕 We will be giving this card to his lego-obsessed dad this Father’s Day.

What a blast we had at on Saturday! We met so many friends old and new, and I even got a chance to shop 😍 though the kids promptly claimed most of my loot as soon as I got home 😂🥲 Thank you to the show organizers and volunteers for another amazing event, and also to all our paper pals who waited so patiently in the rain. Our hearts are full!

This new Crochet Mom card was inspired by my 8-year-old, who has recently learned how to crochet and has been working at the craft in her own sweet way. I’ve been knitting since I was a teen, and never really gave crochet too much thought, but recently I’ve been re-discovering crochet patterns with my kids, and I’m hooked (pun intended)! I made my 5yo a spring bear hat, and he now wants me to make matching ones for his friends 🥹 Next we will try our hands at amigurumi. Any other crocheters out there?

Friends! I finally made washi tape, and they are so much fun! However, these being new products for us, and made in Taiwan, they turned out a bit less vibrant than I’d like — and you know how picky we are with the quality of our products. And so…I’m letting this first batch of test print washi go for a discount. There are three designs in this Asian Food washi series: Dim Sum, Onigiri, and Mochi Doughnuts. The stickiness is great — no flimsy glue here (that was my #1 concern with manufacturing these overseas). Available now via , in store and online, while quantities last 🍩🥟🍙

🤖 Big News! GotamAIgo is here! 🤖

Things have been really hard for small businesses this year. After much deliberation, we’ve decided to let go of our staff, and fully embrace AI! Turns out, AI doesn’t need coffee breaks or feelings. Why didn’t we consider this before? Goodbye, humans!

Starting immediately, our card designs will now be 100% AI generated. No more spending days hand-drawing ink lines, wordsmithing captions, or testing out watercolour effects! In fact, AI is so productive that we will be dropping 24 new designs per day for the next 6 months.

To oversee our new creative direction, our shop dog Frida has been upgraded to Frida-Bot3000, to make sure the machines stay in line. We figured since she spends most of her day napping on the studio couch, she clearly has the visionary perspective we’ve been missing.

With all that said, we need a new name! Say hello to GotamAIgo. It’s catchy, it’s digital, and it’s almost impossible to pronounce.

We’re absolutely buzzing about our new direction, and we hope you are too. Here’s to a new era of cheaper, low quality artwork made by robots! 🤖🤖🤖
