I moved into a new condo and I placed an order two weeks ago. I have still not received my package and am getting the run around. Package was never delivered to my condo.

Janina was not truthful or honest during the transaction. She did not read her emails or take any responsibility for the package delivery.

The order was placed, and the confirmation email was sent hours after placing the order. All items were in stock and being prepared for shipping. Information about using the tracking for the package was also provided,
The next business day your package was shipped and tracking information was sent.
Courier attempted delivery 5 times unsuccessfully and left the package at a depot 2 minutes from her home, which is open 8 a.m.–11 p.m., 7 days a week. Your tracking clearly shows this.

After a week she wrote, "Where is my package?" The email lacked a name or order number.

After discovering the package was a depot and dozens of emails, she finally picked up the package a week later.

Sometimes you have to ask why?
