There is one simple habit that can help protect your spine: walking. 🚶‍♀️

You don’t need a complicated workout plan or hours in the gym to support your back. Regular, low-impact movement like walking helps keep spinal structures healthy, supports the muscles that stabilize your back, and encourages good circulation throughout the body.

The best part? It’s simple, accessible, and effective. A little consistency can go a long way when it comes to supporting your spinal health.
