What do you do after a long day at work?
Me: go home, cook and start my diet program!
Normally I don't really care much about my appearance, I believe that remaining chubby is good to resist the cold winter here :P However, after a Christmas season with lots of meat, oily and unhealthy foods, it is the time I rebalance myself again. I am an advocate for the natural way to do things, so i rarely use medicine to help me in sleeping, dieting or even whitening. There are a lot of home remedies out there and we need to take advantage of those ;)
