Account Executive | With Bondi Since 2020

Meet Jorge, former chef, longtime Bondi customer, and now one of the familiar faces helping chefs get what they need, when they need it.

Before joining Bondi in 2020, Jorge was already part of the family as a customer since 2004. After years of ordering produce for kitchens, he made the switch to taking produce orders, bringing firsthand kitchen experience to every conversation.

What makes Jorge stand out is his ability to bridge the gap between chefs and supply. Having worked in professional kitchens himself, he understands the pressure, creativity, and care that goes into every service.

His favourite moments? Bringing chefs something special that sparks new menu ideas and seeing fresh ingredients turn into incredible dishes.

For Jorge, it’s always been about working side by side with chefs and helping great food happen. 👏

Feeling especially proud this year as we celebrate our 50th anniversary.

This recognition reflects the work happening behind the scenes every single day across every department that helps keep Bondi moving forward.

The Bondi Family Foundation Golf Tournament is back on August 11th and this year is set to be bigger and better than ever! We’ll be closing out sponsorships for at the end of the month, and we’ve still got a few opportunities up for grabs. ⛳️

All funds raised for this tournament will once again go to supporting our friends at , a local org doing incredible work for families in need.

Expect sunshine, peak vibes, and all the best people in food - chefs, bartenders, restaurant owners, suppliers, and vendors - coming together for a good time and a great cause.
