We use high quality Reliable Through-Hole mounting diodes!

Through-hole components are best used for high-reliability products that require stronger connections between layers. Whereas SMT components are secured only by solder on the surface of the board, through-hole component leads run through the board, allowing the components to withstand more environmental stress.

This is why through-hole technology is commonly used in military and aerospace products that may experience extreme accelerations, collisions, or high temperatures.

The difference is Real.

We use: high quality through-hole diodes with 8mm pixel pitch, which is making the signs of considerably higher resolution!

The LED sign we've made for Community Baptist Church in Oshawa region 75" x 44" with 8mm pixel pitch has 240 x 140 = 33,600 pixels! Hi-RES!

For comparison: the same size sign with 10mm pixel pitch will have ONLY 192 x 112 = 21,504 pixels.

In Greater Toronto Area we are nearly the only ones using high-quality through-hole diodes with 8mm pixel pitch.
