What a beautiful start of the year, I spent a week in the jungle, learning something new, painting and with amazing ladies! Definitely a happy bubble (literally and symbolically ☺️)
These retreats have become one of my yearly highlights… a way to disconnect, do what I love, meet new and old friends and re-energize from a hectic stressful life.

I can’t believe I had painted almost daily for now 25 days! It’s been such a great experience. Thanks for the amazing list. I’ve enjoyed it a lot.
The best thing about a sketchbook is that there’s no pressure to make things perfect… most of my paintings have taken 30 mins and that’s good enough therapy for the stress.
