Part 4/4 about the small business advantage. The diagram should speak for itself; but the small business should have a higher capacity to adapt. And in today’s world where media and technology is changing so fast, this could be the biggest advantage available to us small businesses.

Part 3/4 of the Small Business Advantage series. Another major advantage is Agility. Small businesses can make more moves than bigger businesses in the same amount of time. The more moves you can make, the faster you learn what works. Then the more likely you are to unlock the 10X growth idea. The more ideas you execute the more likely one of those ideas will go big.
