I didn’t think I would ever become an RTS shop, because honestly it’s not my preference as a shopper… but here I am! I appreciate each and every one of you for providing your feedback and supporting this change in my business, and I look forward to continuing to work on serving you better. If you have any special requests of what you would like to see in my first RTS drop (like these adorable cardis 😏), feel free to let me know in the comments below! I will share the date of my first RTS drop as soon as I have one set, but you can expect something in the next 2-3 weeks!⁠

M A R K E T S – I love getting out to markets and getting a chance to meet everyone in person and catching up with my regular customers. I was at the last edition of the Saturdays in the Square at Village Square, and I love seeing all of you and your little babes ♥️
It also takes an incredible amount of work to prepare for a market, and also a lot of time away from home and my family, and it really disrupts my regular weekly routine that I’m continually trying to perfect (Did you know I used to be an Operations Manager? Efficiency and process improvement is just what I do). So... I’m scaling back in this area this season and I have only applied to a couple of my favourite markets. I will share those with you if I’m accepted to participate this year (they are also very competitive markets that are hard to get into, so fingers crossed for me please!). This will allow me to give 150% to a couple of events, and the rest of the time I can focus on bringing you all the ready to ship goodies on my website throughout the fall & winter, and also keeping the artisan shops that I’m in well stocked for the holiday season!

💓💓💓 G I V E A W A Y 💓💓💓
This is a long post, but I'm hoping for as much feedback on this as I can get, so if you make it to the end, there is a giveaway in it for you!⁠⁠
These little newborn sets have been taking up most of my time these days. I mean, I'm not complaining, because I love nothing more than making itty bitty newborn sets like this one for your new arrivals. Since you all love these sets so much, I've been struggling to design, create and launch new collections of toddler apparel. I have contemplated focusing solely on these newborn sets, but I want to be able to continue to serve you and bring you the apparel you all love as your children grow. So instead, I am looking at making some changes to my business that will allow me to be more efficient and better manage order turnaround and new launches, so I can continue to offer clothing for your little ones from their first day out in the world through their toddler years and beyond. The most significant change would be moving to a ready to ship format for toddler apparel. RTS would mean a smaller selection and limited quantities (especially per size), but more regular drops of new items (every 2-3 weeks). It will mean setting an alarm to be ready to shop when I drop new products, but then they would also ship within the week. I know not everyone loves the race to grab what you want in an RTS sale, but I know it will help me better manage my order volume. Lots of pros and cons, and I would love your feedback!
