هنر گیشا ریشه در زمان های دور در فرهنگ ژاپن داره و گیشا به زنان هنرمند (موسیقی، رقص و خوانندگی) در صحنه ها و بزم ها خطاب میشده. جالب اینجاست که گیشاهای قبل از قرن ۱۸ مرد بودند و بعدها زنان هنرمند جاشون رو گرفتند.
این اثر قابل تکرار در سایزهای مختلف بوم می باشد.

My latest artwork; "Indigenous headdress"
Inspired by the disturbing incident; a first nation woman was being insulted with some racist comments before she died at a hospital in Quebec.
Unfortunately, discrimination against Indigenous people remains prevelant in Canada's health care system to a point that some avoid it.
They say "actions speak louder than words ", this painting is my way of supporting Indigenous people, we are all in this together...
نقاشی اکریلیک کلاه مردمان بومی امریکای شمالی.
انگیزه من از این نقاشی، برخورد نژادپرستانه پرستاران با یک زن بومی در یکی از بیمارستان های کبک و در نهایت فوت این زن جوان بود. علیرغم علاقه ام به کشور زیبای کانادا ولی همچنان شاهد این رفتارهای نادرست در سیستم درمانی کانادا هستیم که موجب شده خیلی از قبایل بومی از امکانات درمانی استفاده نکنند و حتی ازش گریزان باشند.
به امید روزی که ما انسان ها، انسانی تر رفتار کنیم...
