✨Limited time offering: 2024 Holiday CommuniTEA Gift Box✨

💕 Hey communiTEA, as many of you know we have spent the last couple years prioritizing family and work over this side hustle. Inflation has made it hard to keep our famous chai kits in stock, or to make handcrafting each gift worth it. We have not fully given up on this business, but it definitely is not what it was back when we started. We’ve been experimenting with doing more corporate orders, wedding favours, and chai stalls at events (DM if either of these is what you are looking for)

But in the meantime…

With the Canada Post strike impacting people’s gifting, and a bunch of leftover inventory, we thought to make an offering to our Toronto communityl for this holiday season.

🎁 We will have one gift pack available for this holiday season — 2024 Holiday CommuniTEA Gift Box. The box includes two teas (chosen at random), an infuser OR strainer (chosen at random), and a personalized gift note. All wrapped in Kraft cardboard packaging and hand delivered by either Seher or Saad.

📍We are only doing this for orders within the City of Toronto as we plan to hand deliver most orders. We will aim to deliver most orders within 3 business days, if not less.

💌 To order, please send us a DM letting us know: how many packages you want to order, the recipient delivery addresses and phone numbers, and if you want to add a personalized gift note. Payment will be via interac e-transfer.

🍂 Hello cozy season!! Wanted to pop on here and say HEY👋🏽, we are still here. The summer was busy with some travel and home renos, and we've been focusing more on corporate orders and weddings recently as they make our business a little more predictable.

🫖 We shared this on stories a few days ago...for the time being, we will be offering up the remaining DIY Chai Kits that we have, and will be reconsidering if we want to order more stock for more chai kits for this season. The cost of the raw materials for DIY Chai Kit packaging has gone up astronomically from when we did a huge bulk order over a year ago, and assembling our packaging by hand makes it harder for us to justify the costs (money and labour) without raising our prices. So, DIY Chai Kits aren't over just yet, but we are certainly in a transition stage of working through what makes sense for us.

What does that mean? If you reallllly want a DIY Chai Kit, place your order sooner than later!

🍵 Otherwise we have tons of delicious and healthy loose leaf teas gift boxes available for purchase. Remember that we deliver all across North America, and if you order via our Etsy page we can deliver worldwide as well.

📦💒 And, we are actively taking inquiries now for corporate gifts and weddings. Look who's back after being MIA for most of the year! 👀 🏠

Storytime again. Our house-shaped tea infuser was a staple in our online shop from the very beginning, and was part of all our loose leaf tea kits....until supply chain issues meant we couldn't get our hands on them for most of 2022. The shipment kept getting delayed for months at a time , and at one point we heard that these have been discontinued 😱 then, the other day, we used the good ol' telephone and called our supplier to investigate a little bit. We learned that they'd finally arrived, but hadn't been updated on our supplier's website. You bet we stocked up for the holidays!

While the house-shaped infuser was MIA earlier this year, we replaced it with a pineapple-shaped infuser in the meantime. We still have a bunch of those left, so you have the option of both for now!

Both infusers come with a small stainless steel tray.

Why would you want to put your infuser in a tray? Well, our teas are strong enough that you can reuse the tea leaves in the tea infuser a second time, so the tray provides a good resting place for it.
