🥙 These CRUNCH WRAPS are it!!!
My sister made these for me the other day and, ever since I brought them home, this recipe has been on repeat
The filling can be whatever your heart desires. This time we were in a bit of a rush, so I've used 2 cans of black beans made 7 wraps, 1 TBSP Taco Spice Blend - 60 g and veggie stock to top. Simmer until reduced, about 15 minutes.
Then layer your wrap with all the fillings you'd like before frying in a heated and oiled pan, seams down first, for a light sear.
Enjoy with your favoruite condiments 🥑 🌶
This a great go to meal because it's quick, easy to customize, and always a crowd pleaser! 😋

Here, I've taken a couple tablespoons of leftover jerk peas, minus the dumplings, and smothered some corn tortillas with all the fixings!!! 😋
