My name is Harmony and I am just exploring the world of vintage costume jewelry. I think that it is so interesting how our culture really reflects the production of these magnificient fakes, and each piece is so unique and rich with story and history. When I am not writing or taking care of my newborn, I am travelling Ontario, Canada to different estate sales and auction sites, hunting for unique

jewelry pieces and hoping I can score some truly beautiful jewels amongst the junk. I am still studying the art of costume jewelry, and so I do a lot of my research online and with the vintage jewelry community. You have my guarantee that the price I offer reflects the best and lowest price you can get considering the following factors:

-condition of the piece
-availability of the piece online (such as availability on Etsy, Ebay, Poshmark)
-history and collection value of the piece, using organizations like Collectors Weekly, Gemmology, 7000 Years of Jewelry, The Best of Costume Jewelry and various Reddit and Facebook groups for vintage jewelry to garner some advice and help with my research
-actual value of the stones and materials (using sites like Worthpoint, Rubylane and GoAntiques. It is my personal guarantee that I will not be listing dropshipped items, and will be mentioning in the description whether the piece is authenticated or not. All pieces listed on my shop are vintage as they have been bought from estate sales and auction sites. I will always be transparent in my presentation of these items with you as this is my hobby and passion, and just seriously want to share this with the world.
