So when I painted this from red to black and then put the cherries on the door inserts, I had no idea how many people would ask about it for the record. I’m planning on getting this finished very shortly and up for sale to those of you that were interested you can send me a message. I’m not delivering it or lifting it in any way shape or form.

On the inside, it actually has a power bar. It’s an old armour from a hotel so you can plug it in and then you’ll have power inside of there and then it has shelves and two big drawers at the bottom when it’s cleaner I will take pictures of the inside.

I use it for storage

The top is flat so you can put anything on it. The top also is not painted because there’s no point and it’s easier to clean if it’s not painted.

The adoption messages keep flooding in and I really need people to realize that if they want to adopt one of the 1500 beagles, this is what they will be working with.

I took this picture (this is not Sadie, this is our second who will go to foster with another family in a few days) when my kids were not home. She’s terrified of life. Blanket is now over her kennel, she has access to 4 beds, but this is what she has chosen. There’s no noise in this house and she’s still hiding. Can you imagine taking this poor girl into a house that’s loud and not prepared?

In less than 24 hours this is what we’re dealing with:

- struggle to eat (ANY food, wet or dry)
- struggle to drink (they are used to hamster water bottles)
- cannot walk on leashes
- runs away from you
- tail tucked at all times
- do not understand the concept of beds (they chose to sleep on concrete)
- medical issues galore
- obviously not potty trained
- I need THREE ways to ensure they won’t bolt on me outside bc they are flight risks.

PLEASE know what you’re signing up for if you fill out an adoption application. I commend people wanting to help, but for a lot of people, helping may not look like adopting. It may look like helping a foster parent tidy and clean. It may be financial help. It may be companionship while foster mom is out. There are so many ways to help rescues. Adopting is not the only way to get involved.
