✨ What actually damages your hair the most?
Not trends. Not myths. Real life.

1️⃣ Stress — the biggest enemy

Stress isn’t “just emotional.”
Chronic stress raises cortisol levels, reduces blood flow to the scalp, and weakens hair follicles.

What we see in practice:
• Increased hair shedding (often 2–3 months after stress)
• Hair becoming dull and fragile
• In some cases — earlier greying

2️⃣ Dry shampoo (when it’s overused)

Dry shampoo is an emergency solution, not real cleansing.

It doesn’t clean the scalp — it absorbs oil. With frequent use, it can:
• Clog pores and hair follicles
• Cause irritation and itching
• Worsen dandruff and scalp imbalance

✔️ Always wash your scalp properly the same day
