Shadow work is the practice of gently exploring the hidden, unconscious parts of ourselves—the feelings, patterns, and stories we’ve learned to keep in the dark. In this welcoming workshop, you’ll learn how to meet these inner layers with compassion so they can be understood, integrated, and healed. Come as you are, and leave with tools to support greater wholeness.
