🫐Blueberry season is here!!!🫐

Our blueberry syrup is made using just two ingredients. 100% pure maple syrup and wild blueberries. This syrup has quickly become a fan favourite.

Also! For those of you in Thunder Bay, we are now selling our wild blueberry maple blend as a pie filling!!! Only available at for $2 a container (yes really.. $2.) Each container should make you at least one full sized pie. Just add a bit of cornstarch, drop or two of lemon juice and nutmeg, a little extra sugar if you wish and you’re off with the best long weekend dessert at the BBQ!

We did a thing!

Some of you may have noticed that we’ve been a little more quiet than usual over here. Well that’s mostly thanks to all of YOU! The tremendous support you have shown our little syrup company is nothing short of amazing. Over the past 6 months we have completed the purchase of a full blown warehouse and bottling facility in Thunder Bay to better suit our growing needs. BUT! In doing so, we’re bringing along a new friend.

Everyone meet Emily. (formerly Holsum Bakery) has been in some way or another an iconic feature of the Northwestern Ontario bakery scene since the 1920’s distributing bread, buns, bagels and rolls to stores and restaurants across our region.

We’ve taken Emily under our wing, she’s got a snazzy new look thanks to and lives next door in a separate warehouse space. We are very excited to use Emily’s Bread to bring baked goods products to new stores and restaurants across Northwestern Ontario. Using our fleet of trucks we’re also hoping to bring along our syrup as well as locally made and grown goods to our surrounding community.

CanWest and Emily have some heavy lifting to do over the next few months but we are all excited and THANKFUL to all of you for helping us grow. Check out our page for updates!

This afternoon’s shipments went to St John’s, NL and Victoria, BC. Some big miles on little bottles! Check out our website for full Canada wide delivery for flat rate $15 shipping! We use a wide range of carriers to get your syrup to you safely and as quickly as we can.

Are you a retailer between the Atlantic, Pacific, and Arctic Oceans? We now offer free shipping for qualifying wholesale orders across Canada, send us a note to chat! OR! You can arrange for pickup from our warehouse in Thunder Bay. We can load 53’ trailers (like this dude..) or your compact hybrid, and any size in between.

Happy Friday! If you’re in Thunder Bay this weekend they say it’s going to be a little damp outside ☔️

Fear not! is open all weekend, shop dozens of small local businesses all in one warm and dry place. Our retail store is stocked up on all our maple products as well as a huge selection of new confections and chocolates.
