Good afternoon folks, just a quick reminder. As previously stated we have retired from the Christmas tree business. Yeah we’re gonna miss all the action and the customers but the time has come. It is what it is. ☹️
So closed, done, all finished.

Merry Christmas everyone. All of us at Slate Valley Christmas Trees thank you once again for your support of our local tree farm. It has been an honour and a privilege to provide fresh trees for your enjoyment. It is always so great to see and hear families having fun in the tree patch and the refreshment shed. Yes, we are totally retiring, so this is our final farewell 😊☹️😊☹️.

Good evening Christmas tree followers, thank you for your continuing support of Slate Valley Christmas Trees. Last weekend so many trees found a new and loving home. 🎄
NEWS FLASH: this is our last weekend of the year and actually of all time. Yes, we are retiring from the business. More about that later, but right now back to the tree farm experience.
You will really enjoy searching our plantation and harvesting your “perfect” tree from the hundreds available. Want me to cut it for you? My pleasure for sure. 🙂 Afterwards we’ll meet up in the shed for hot chocolate and cookies.
As always, we value everyone’s safety so COVID-19 protocols are in place.
See you out here, 11:00-4:00. 🌲

Sunny and a high of plus 4 degrees!!! Nice day to be outside. (Or at our she’s drinking hot chocolate).

Wow, what a forecast for tomorrow! Plus 3 degrees and sunshine. It’s going to be a super nice day at the tree farm. Bring the family out and enjoy.
We are open tomorrow and then only one more weekend before Christmas.
Thanks to everyone that came out today especially the morning crowd that broke trails in the fresh snow. It was really fun today. Cheers to the young man in shorts and flip flops. 👏
Hundreds of trees to choose from, and we have some complimentary pre-cut trees you are welcome to take along to share the joy with someone who may otherwise not have a tree.

It’s going to be a great day in the patch tomorrow. The trees are looking super nice and there is lots to choose from. Any size from 5’ “space-savers ” to amazing 12 footers.
Come out and enjoy the tree farm experience. Complimentary hot chocolate, cookies, and decorating boughs. Top it all off with a photo in the hundred year old sleigh.

Our second message this evening, we hope you will give some thought to. If you know of a person or family that would appreciate a tree, we have a few pre-cut at the shed that you are welcome to take along if it would help them out. Let’s all have a Merry Christmas!! 😊

Good evening great followers of Slate Valley Christmas Trees. We had a good day in the tree patch today even though it was cold, cloudy, and windy. No big deal right?
Thank you to everyone who braved the conditions.
Now for tomorrow: cloudy again, but less windy and warmer! Forecast high is -1 yay!
And SNOW, probably lots of it. So it will look a lot more like Christmas. There will be great photo ops.
