Borealis Mercantile is a wee bit crazy again this week. 🤪🥳😎 We have restocked with a fresh delivery of authentic Taber Corn. 🌽🌽🌽
So Thursday started with a restock then a bit of a hang out at Uncle John's Fireworks Egremont location on HWY 28 for the day.
We (and I mean me 🤪 ) are once again a wee bit late in getting out the schedule this week. My bad but my puppies really really really needed some love. They have been in a cricket fest this past week with all the farmers harvesting, the amount of crickets has been off the charts and my puppers are loving it.. 😂
Borealis Mercantile was all set up at the Peavy Mart Parking Lot in Westlock, AB today. Cool Beans Coffee Truck was there after a short hiatus. Thank goodness I really needed a wonderful caramel coffee squishy this week. Hummingbird.Micro.Bakery was there with some fabulous sourdough baking. I am eating one of her wonderful Ginger snaps as I type up this advert. ☺️
On Saturday I will be set up at Uncle John's Fireworks for the day along side Dee O'Neill. Warren will be taking off for a few hours here and there and will taking our wares as well as some Taber Corn to the following locations this Saturday.
Warren has started off his day today in Smoky Lake you will be able to find him by the Syntex gas station in Smoky Lake alongside Highway 28. He will stay here for a few hours the head on over Waskatenau south side of highway 28 across from Pepper’s Petro Pass Truck Stop. Again, look for the Taber Corn signs. If you are looking for him and can’t find him give him a shout @ (780) 977-0188
On Sunday I will once again be set up at Uncle John's Fireworks for the day along side Dee O'Neill.
On Monday Dee will be set up at Uncle John’s Fireworks Egremont with a fabulous selection of fresh veggies and Taber corn with some other various goodies. Warren will be doing a city restock run and I will be catching up on some packaging and advertising for the upcoming week. (Our weeks run from Wednesday to Wednesday as everything usually happens over the weekend. Lol )
On Tuesday Dee will be heading over to the Legion in Redwater, AB for the indoor market which runs from 4:30PM – 7PM. This will be the last week for this market I do believe If I am wrong I will post that amendment in next weeks post. Lol She will once again have a wonderful selection of fresh veggies and Taber Corn along side various other goodies. I will once again be catching up on packaging some wholesale orders with Warren’s help of course.
On Wednesday Dee will be returning to Uncle John’s Fireworks Egremont location to ensure y’all have access to fresh veg and fresh Taber corn.
Just to add a couple of quick notes. Sadly, corn season will not last forever. So, I greatly urge you to get your pre-order for sacks of corn in asap for a Thursday or Friday or even Saturday pick up. I will also add a quick note here as well as in next weeks advert, we will be coming out to Boyle next Saturday maybe if we still are able to snag some corn from the farm. Besides a few extra goodies like some freeze dried treats and some of our Organic spice blends, BBQ rubs, dip mixes, and cold smoked salts. Warren will be bringing with him one of the last weeks of Fresh Authentic Taber Corn.
I swear to get next weeks advert out on time this coming week. Lol 🤪🤣☺️ Okay so that didn’t happen but I will try for this upcoming week. The preservation projects time this year sure keep a girl hopping.
