I first wrote this book for my own daughter to help her prepare for her first Confession. I wanted to explain Confession in a gentle way and help her understand that it is not something to fear.

Now I would like to offer this eBook to my readers and customers with children as a small gift for the Feast of the Transfiguration.

In this Orthodox Christian fairy tale, Sasha learns that Confession is not a punishment. It is a gift from God that brings mercy, healing, forgiveness, and a new beginning.

With the help of Archangel Uriel, Sasha learns to recognize passions such as anger, pride, fear, and gluttony. She begins to understand why repentance is important for the health of the soul.

This book was written for Orthodox children ages 10 and older, families, catechumens, and Sunday School classes. It also includes a peaceful colouring activity, a prayer, and reflections to help children approach Confession with honesty, courage, and trust in God’s love.
