I thought it would be nice to get back to my love for baking. But my zucchini harvest today is very abundant!!!
If anyone would like some of todays fresh zucchini strands, they
are $3/lb. One pound is approx 4 cups.
Great to mix with salads, coleslaw etc.
Zucchini bread and muffins will be available tomorrow, with or without chocolate chips!

*zucchini is home grown, without pesticides
