Every bag is a different mix of Brickhouse jerky, pepperoni, sausage and cheese. You never really know what you’re grabbing next… and that’s kinda the point. Every bag disappears faster than planned.

Good cheese deserves good company. 😏

That’s why we keep Sylvan Star Cheese stocked in the fridge — Horseradish and other flavours that pair dangerously well with pretty much everything Brickhouse.

Sausage? Yep.
Pepperoni? Obviously.
Straight outta the fridge? We’ve all been there.

And if you’ve crushed a bag of our BS Trail Mix, you’ve already had the combo — we mix Sylvan Star Cheese right in with our jerky, pepperoni and sausage.

Local meat 🤝 local cheese. It just makes sense.

You’ve got until 8PM to make a questionable amount of jerky look like a perfectly reasonable purchase. 😏

Our Spruce Grove shop is open Monday–Friday, 8AM–8PM, which means there’s plenty of time for the after-work snack run, the dinner save, or the classic “I was just driving by.”

We know how this ends. You came for jerky. You left with pepperoni, sausage, and something you didn’t know you needed. 😂

Weekends stay the same.
